Butterfly at Woodland Park Zoo

I was at the Woodland Park Zoo this morning for a kid’s portrait session, and one of the locations we worked in was the butterfly garden. In all the years I’ve lived in Seattle and visited the zoo, I had no idea there was a butterfly exhibit there (I know about the one at Pacific Science Center). It’s not a large space, but there are some beautiful butterflies flying around, like this Spicebush Swallowtail. They don’t seem to mind people walking around their space and getting up close to take pictures. At least, this one didn’t.
